If you have a National Park Golden Age pass you will get a $2.00 discount on space rent. I would have given this park a 10 if it weren't for the traffic noise. The park is right next to US 54 which goes through El Paso, and we were in site 68 which is in the last row next to the road. The laundry facility is neat and clean, $1.00 to wash and 75 cents to dry. There are 6 washers and 6 dryers which I think is a little low for 73 sites. When we arrived there were only 2 spots left. They are in the process of expanding the FamCamp to an additional 59 spots. The spots are all concrete with a concrete patio,a picnic table and a bar-b-que. We would stay here again when in the area.

Good park for an overnight. Close to the Interstate: easy in easy out. The pull-through sites in the newer part of the park are 100' long with plenty of room for your tow plus whatever else you have. There are very big poplar trees through out the entire park. According to the owner the only way you can get satellite (if it's mounted on your rig) is to be in the newer section. We would stay here again but only for an overnight.

This is strictly a stop-over park. We stayed here on our way west. Although we did not use the laundry or bathrooms they could of been cleaner. It was obvious that the toilets had not been cleaned in awhile since there was pink lines where the water ran down the bowl. The showers however looked clean. The washing machines hadn't been cleaned in awhile either. Granted we were here during a cold spell, the grounds really need some TLC. The sewer connection is about 6" above the ground making dumping a little difficult. We would only stay here again if we were in the area and only for the night.

This park isn't what I expected since it's $50 for back-ins and $55 for pull-through's. It's a nicely keep park, basically a parking lot with large concrete pads, grass in between. Each site has a picnic table, and major water pressure (you must use a regulator). There is a restaurant on site and although we didn't go, we hear it's pretty good. We stayed here because our son was here for work. I don't know if we would stay here again due to the price.

If you like trees and shade this place is for you. The office was closed when we arrived so we took the form, found a spot where we thought we could get our satellite (wrong) and pulled in. They said they had pull-throughs but we couldn't find any so since there was only 1 person in the campground we pulled through a back in. It had 50 amps. The park is all grass and like I said, full of large trees. We had a site with only W/E. There is a section that is full of what they call seasonals. I would only stay here again if I was in the area. We only stayed here because we were having work done at HWH (makers of hydraulic jacks) and this is the only place we could find since they were not open on the weekends.

Nice campground. We parked in the back loop which was open from the trees so we could get out satellite. The spaces are gravel with grass in between each site. The sites are just long enough to get our 40' motorhome plus tow in. There is a fire ring at each site. We were only here for an overnight so we can't comment on the surrounding activities. We would come back if ever in this area.

Really not impressed with this campground. It needs a lot of TLC. In reading the rules they say to have your pet on a leash & pick up after them. The first time I walked around in the grass....you guessed it, I stepped in dog crap. The good thing about the park is they have excellent water pressure, 75 pounds so make sure you have a regulator. You must drive through town to reach this park and getting in is a little testy if someone else is coming out. Strictly a one-way very narrow road with lots of pot holes. Don't think we would stay here again.

What a great park....there are 2 different sides to this fam-camp. One side is 20/30 amps, the other is 20/30/50 amps. Gravel roads and sites, aluminum picnic table and BBQ. We got a site (102) which was great for our satellite. There are train tracks that run very close to the campsites but not a problem with the noise. The office was closed for upgrades but we did run into the campground host who told us to park the RV and drive around and find a spot which we liked. This base is huge and they have everything you could want. We would definitely stop here again if in the area.

It was hard to judge the rating as we arrived 3 days before they closed. We were only here for an overnight and they were in the process of shutting everything down. We did get a couple of deer along with their twins passing through the park next to our rig. We heard turkeys but didn't see any. One nice feature is they escort you to your site. We had a nice long pull-through with plenty of room for our tow in the back. We will stay here again if we're ever in the area.

We have stayed here before but this time they have a campground host which is a nice feature. That way you're not all over the base trying to check in. The campground is nicely maintained with a concrete slab, patio and picnic table along with a bar-b-q. We would definitely stay here again if ever in this area.

I reviewed this park back in May of this year. As I said then we are staying here for 5 months as we work inside the National Park. I must comment on the review about it being brought up to standards....I would of hated to see it before. The longer we are here the worse it is. The only 50amp service is at the top of the hill which is occupied by a park worker. Everything else is 30amps. The electric seems to be dropped on a daily basis, the Wi-Fi is dropped for 24 hours after your usage has hit it's limit. Since I have an air card I'm not sure what the usage is per rig. The dirt, burs and weeds are almost unbearable. It seems that every day the wind is enough to knock you down. Of course with dirt and wind your RV gets sand blasted. Several rigs have been getting mice inside. I'll be extremely glad once our work schedule is over so I can get out of this place. I would never stay here again.

There are back-ins and pull-throughs. The campground isn't much. It sits down in a hole so you have NO CELL PHONE connection and your internet is off and on at best. The sites are gravel with very little grass in between. The road is dirt/gravel. There is a very steep entrance to the actual park. The laundry is clean; there are 2 of them; water pressure is good. We will be staying here for 5 months as we will be working at Yellowstone. The park is a mile from Yellowstone. There is only 1 grocery store in town. This is a typical tourist town. If I were here on our own we would probably stay at the other RV park in town.

This is the 4th year we have stayed at this park. We stay here because we have family in the area. Every other year it has been in the summer. We were disappointed this year at the way the park looked. Lots of junk lying around, so much gravel in the sites that you could hardly drive thru. The road is full of potholes. On a positive note the bathrooms and laundry are old but clean, the owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Basically it's the only place close to town. We'll stay here again if and when we're in the area.

This is a very nice RV park. We stayed in the newer section. All sites have concrete pads. The newer section has grass in between the sites, the older part has gravel. Getting our satellite was not a problem. About 38 miles from Zion. If we're ever in this area again we will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in this park on our way to visit family. We're only staying 1 night. The sites are narrow but adequate. We couldn't get one of our slides out due to the trees. We think the park is gravel under the snow. There was no water service while we were here due to the snow and cold. It's probably a pretty nice place during the warm season. We got a satellite signal in Site #5, I don't know about the other sites as there are lots of trees. We think it's very over priced considering we're only getting electrical service, however, it's the only game in town this time of the year so they've gotcha.

This is good for an over night. The sites were a little tight for our 40 foot plus towed. Gravel roads and sites. The sites were level and the hook-ups are shared. It's within walking distance to the casino. The staff was very friendly. We'd stay here again if we're in the area.

All sites are back-in, gravel and large enough for the big rigs. They have just added extra sites next to the club. The lounge is open daily. Dry camping is also available for $6.00 per night. The club is close to everything you could possibly need.

This is a great little campground. We were very surprised when we found out they had 50 amps. The lounge was open and you get one free drink per person. The sites are gravel and level. The club sits up on a hill and there was wind on the day we arrived. This is a great stop for an overnight. We will stop here again on our way through California.

We have stayed here before when it was a KOA. I was a little disappointed with the site we were given this time (201). Although it is just a large parking lot with full hook-ups, the portion up front by the office is large enough to park you vehicle next to your 40 foot motorhome. They supply lounge chairs, trees although small and some grassy areas. At the site we were given you hardly had room for a 40 footer, barely any room for your towed, no chairs, no trees, no grass just gravel. It's a awful lot of money to pay for these few amenities. We won't be back at this particular RV park due to the price.

Would of given this park a 10 but the restaurant no longer existed and one of the pools was closed for re-plastering. Other than that this is the nicest park we've stayed at in a long time. There is no shade and it would be tough in the summer but this time of the year it's just beautiful. The concrete slab patio has a table and 4 chair, not your ordinary picnic table.

I would of given this park a higher rating if it weren't for all the permanent rigs. It looks like the majority of the sites are occupied with them. There are a few concrete slabs for us folks, the rest are occupied with the permanents. The baths, showers & laundry were very clean. There is a catch and release pond for fishing. I would stay here again just for an overnight.

This place is good for an overnight stop. For a destination stop don't bother. There is NOTHING in this town. The day we stopped here to wind blew so hard it was like sitting in a dust bowl. The sites are all pull-throughs with little concrete patios with little warped picnic tables but like I said for an overnight stop it's OK. We had no problems at all getting our satellite.

This place is a joke. Upon arrival it looked great. We entered the check-in area, checked in and were told to go to Phase 4 and find a place. Some of these sites are 30 feet long, some are 50 feet long. Some are pull-thrus, some are back-ins. Who ever heard of going to a campground and not having your site assigned. It took us 65 minutes to find a suitable site for us. And the hookups....another joke. The water and electric is on one side of the site and the sewer is on the other. Who planned this out? The sites are tight, the roads are steep and narrow making it difficult to back in to. There are 542 sites with only 2 laundry facilities. Once again, who planned this out? We will never stay here again.

This is the 3rd winter we have stayed at this park. I would of given this park a 10 but there have been some changes that I find to be a problem. Once you put a deposit down on a site for the winter, and someone comes in and wants that site for the year, you are asked to find another spot. Even if you have reserved that spot for the year and someone wants to put a park model on it you are asked to find another spot. The wi-fi is on and off, mostly off unless you go to the club house. This has been promised now for 3 years and no improvement as yet. The 2 pools are great and the staff couldn't be better. They have many activities here. If you're bored it's your fault. I don't know if we will come back next year as the price for the 4 months is beginning to get a little pricey.

This is a young park and a work in progress. The manager is very friendly. The sites are gravel and extremely long with a grassy area in between. Not a lot of shade yet, the trees are very small. The laundry is 2 and 2 and very clean as are the 2 restrooms/shower rooms. There are additional sites that are being put in as well as internet. We had no problem getting our satellite.

Not a great park. Some of the roads really need attention. The lady behind the counter needs some customer service classes. Don't know if she is the owner or not but seemed to be very rude. We won't visit here again.

This was a very expensive 4 nights. When we reserved this campsite on line it stated $33 per night but when we got here it was $45. There are 4 different prices per year and we got the most expensive. The office closes as 6PM so if you need anything after that you will need to go up the road to the KOA Colonial which is open much later. If you come in after 6PM you will need to deal with the other KOA: really inconvenient. The office has very limited stock. There are a lot of trees so be prepared to have your rig and tow covered with sap. The positive is that this KOA is close to many attractions ,but be prepared to spend big bucks.

Depending on which site you get, forget putting your awning out since the sites are terraced and there are trees. The interior roads are paved but steep. There are also cottages to rent. The trolley comes through the park to pick you up, and takes you to the trolley station where you can either tour Pigeon Forge or go into Dollywood. The laundry is old but clean.

This is without a doubt the BEST KOA we have ever stayed in. The grounds were immaculate with some full-timers. The staff were excellent. There is a restaurant on premises with good food. There are trees that surround the campground but getting the satellite signal is no problem. All sites are gravel as well as the roads. There is a basketball court, a volleyball area with sand, movie theater, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits. You won't be bored here. They have a large store with RV supplies plus anything else you might need. I would definitely come here again.

This is a Passport America campground. I would have given this park a 10 if they had 50 amps and cable. The interior roads are gravel and all sites are grass. The owners go out of their way to please. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer. Everything is neat and clean. The campground is 4 miles outside of town. We would stay here again if we were ever in this area.

This is a very nice campground but expensive. There is a $10 charge for guests, the laundry is $3.00 each. The grounds are very well maintained. The staff are exceptional. I really can't find anything negative about this place. We would probably not stay here again because of the rates, however, there isn't much else in this area.

The campground itself is nice but expensive. There aren't many campgrounds in this area so they basically have you as far as price goes. We stayed 2 weeks and it cost $568. We had a 30 amp site out in the open area. There is a large part of this campground that is very woody. The sewer system is in need of some repair as it doesn't drain right. The little older lady in the office is great. The rest of the office staff needs to learn from her. We would probably stay here again as this is it and we have family in the area.

This is a cute and very well maintained park. I would of given it a 10 except for the fact that we couldn't get a satellite signal due to all the trees. The owners are extremely nice and very helpful. They made reservations for us in other KOA campgrounds and made sure that the sites that were available suited our needs by making phone calls to the campgrounds. The roads are gravel as are the sites. The sites are a little tight. We will stop here again if we are ever in this neck of the woods.

This is a very woodsy campground. If you like trees this is the place for you. All sites are terraced and narrow with a grassy/weedy strip in between. There are a lot of turns you have to maneuver to get to your site. The laundry has 3 newer machines with 2 large older dryers. There is no air conditioning in the laundry room. The pool area is very nice. We had no problem getting our satellite however looking at the rest of the sites I would say no way. The office staff were ok. They do escort you to your site however.

This is the 3rd time we have visited this park. They have re-done the laundry room and the bathrooms. The machines are brand new. But the road coming in is horrible. It is dirt and full of very large pot holes. The road is tight down through the spaces. There are grassy areas between the sites. The staff is very friendly, but don't ask for a refund....there isn't any. The water connections are all underground and very hard to get to. On the positive side the Wi-Fi is great. Hopefully when we come back here they will have done something with the roads.

Not a bad little park. Easy to find, just off the I-81 about a mile. Full hook-ups, but the sewer is toward the back. If you are towing a car, and don't want to unhook, bring a LOT of sewer hose. The sites are pretty narrow and not what you would call very level. The restrooms and showers are old, but clean. The laundry is also old, but they have a couple of new machines. The genuine southern lady will be out to get your money after you select your site. She is a real sweetheart. We would stay here again.

I'm not as impressed as the review before me. There are quite a large amount of full-timers with pretty run down rigs. We asked for 50 amps which we got but no sewer hookup as they were all taken. The sites are very long and gravel with a grassy area in between. To me this is only good for an overnight stop.

All the sites are back in. There is plenty of room between them. The roads are gravel with grass in between the sites. The staff is wonderful. Part of the campground is shaded with very large trees and part is open. We had great reception for our satellite in the open area. The laundry is quite small as is the bathroom/shower. There are 5 on site cottages for rent. We would definitely stop here again.

The only reason I gave this park a 9 was because of the narrow interior roads for big rigs. Other wise this place rates a 10. Other than that, this is a beautiful park. The grounds are immaculate with flowers, little gardens and young trees. The roads and sites are gravel with grass in between. The bathroom/showers are spotless. The owners are great folks. They are very knowledgeable regarding the local area including St. Louis. Easy access from the freeway. We will definitely stop here again if we are in this area.

This is a pretty nice park. There is a $5.00 per day entrance fee even though you are camped here. We are close to most everything including the Mall of America which is a must see. Stillwater is a unique little tourist area. If you are here long enough, it's worth strolling through. We will definitely camp here again. They do take reservations

This is the first time we have stayed here. Although all the full hookups were booked we had water, electric and a back-in. This is a nice campground. The staff is very friendly and they escort you to your site and help you back in (they call it marriage counseling.) They have a duet that sings every night from 6-10. The campground is very close to the train tracks and you do get the train noise. Also, make sure you have plenty of food in your rig....there are no groceries in this town only a couple of convenience stores and they don't carry much. We would stay here again.

The curb appeal is a little lacking. The office is open from noon to dusk and it smells of cigarette smoke. The campground itself is not that bad. The sites are almost level, the bathrooms, laundry and showers are spotless. The laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers that look brand new and are $1.00 each (30 minutes to wash and 1 hour to dry). We had water and electric only (30 amps) but they do have full-hookups which were full. There is a play ground for the children. It's close to the freeway but there is no noise, easy on/easy off. We would stay here again.

Right off US-2 and US-52, easy off/easy on. Traffic noise. Lots of trees. Couldn't get our satellite. Called ahead of time to check on check-in time and was told 2PM. Got there about 2:15, no one at the office. Had to call office number on the cell to find out what site they reserved for us. Thought it was quite amusing that the campground only had 2-3 rv's in camp yet we couldn't get in until 2PM (that's the time the lady shows up). Not very impressed with this campground. She has to come and unlock the 50amps for the big rigs so we had to wait for her to arrive at the campsite. She arrived about 15-20 minutes after we arrived. We only use KOA's as a last resort. Won't be coming to this one again.

Not a bad little place. The interior roads are fair, mostly gravel. Watch the speed bumps coming in, they are really high. The sites are grass with shared hookups. Lots of shade trees, but they need to be trimmed so us big rigs can get in a little easier. The restrooms are old, but clean, the same can be said for the pool. The laundry is in the basement and pretty dirty, we went into town to do ours. The office seems to only be open on the weekends, but the owners are on site (in the "House"), and very eager to please. We would stay here again,at $20 a night, this is a real bargain for this area.

This is our 3rd visit to this park. Although the managers are great some of the campers leave a lot to be desired. We camp here only because we have family in the area and its the only camp close to Bozeman. The sites are all gravel with weedy grass in between each site. The internet is spotty. The freeway goes right behind the park and there is considerable traffic noise. The owners will escort you to your site which is a nice feature.

This park is a MUST SEE!!!! There is deer all over the place. Although they say don't feed the deer everyone does. I had the opportunity to have a buck drink water out of my hand. This park is exceptional. The grounds are in tip top shape. There is one section for monthly. They have 2 laundry facilities. For cold wash its $1.00, for warm its $1.25, for hot its $1.50. The dryers are $1.25 for 55 minutes. The staff was great. They deliver a newspaper to your rig daily except Sundays. They also provide a continental breakfast in the lobby. We stayed on the end near the freeway and there was a lot of freeway noise but other than that we could stay here again.

This is an excellent park although it now has new owners and a lot has changed. We have camped here for many years with our RV club but if you are not with a club it is quite expensive for what you get. The store inside the office has been taken out. They have very little food, no rv supplies. I would not stay here if I were just passing thru. I feel $39 per night is a little much for what you get.

This is no more than a parking lot. Easy access to CA-14. This is at the back of the fairgrounds. The worse thing about this place is the wind blows almost all the time so you can't put out your awnings. When I say wind, I mean wind. There is nothing around to shelter you from it.

We were given a pull-thru spot in the very back where we could get a satellite signal. The site was semi-level. They have wi-fi but the owner/manager stated it was $5.00 per day and it wasn't worth it. It could take 5 minutes to download a page. The front part of the park is full of permanent residences (RV's) some of which are definitely showing their age. The campground is easy on/easy off of I-27. We would stay here again if we were in the area.
